How to make marshmallow fondant!

Here is a simple way of making fondant.

You will need:
16oz bag of mini marshmallow
3 tablespoons of water
2lbs sifted powder sugar
1/2 cup crisco
Extra sugar and crisco


First get a microwaveable bowl and add the marshmallows and water, put in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds 30 seconds at time .


 
 Marshmallows well look whole stir them up to dissolve




In a mixing bowl add the 1/2 of cup of crisco and then add powder sugar
Add dissolved marshmallow to it.





With a hook piece in your mixer blend together. It will create a thick dough
** if you wish yo make fondant a certain color do it before mixing *

Finally,
In a clean counter pour some of your extra sugar and pour content on it. Knead fondant until well blended.
Store at room temperature and wrap in saran wrap







You are Ready to decorate!!
