Easy to do.. To make my life easier I bought the Wilton Chocolate Pro.
Melts chocolate in minutes Great gadget to have around the house :)
I have also tried melting Chocolate in a double broiler, works great to.
I buy a box of strawberries, marshmallows, and cookies, all turn out so good covered in chocolate.
For fun I also get coconut, crushed peanuts, and colored sprinkles to decorate them.
